जल को गंगाजल बतलाकर उनको उत्साह पुरजोर दिया,

वे ना समझे इन पुचकारों और दुलारों का मतलब,

बड़े बड़े सरदारों (भ्रष्टाचारियों) ने झटका उनको घनघोर दिया.

main culprits of BHARSTACHAAR are still out of the reach of investigating agencies.........you know why? because they are busy.....they are extremely busy to run the government. At the same time investigating agencies are getting orders from SARDAR's (culprits) that they must catch someone to show the country that they are busy and getting success to catch these "छोटे छोटे बादल". Means some officers, small rank politicians etc.
